PROJECT MANAGER CONSTRUCTION WINCHESTER

A fantastic regional main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an upcoming project. The Project Manager will be leading a £10m care home in Winchester, reporting to the Contracts Manager from cradle to grave.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Site based in Winchester
• 18-month project from start to finish
• Working alongside Contracts Manager, QS & Design Manager
• Traditional build
• Salary negotiable depending on experience, but as a guide, £80-85k
• Package includes car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Care home construction experience
• Experience delivering £10-20m projects
• Strong main contracting background
• Longevity in previous positions
