A leading construction firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a high-quality residential apartment scheme. Responsibilities include managing the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and budget adherence, and coordinating with teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential projects and relevant qualifications. This role offers a competitive salary of GBP60,000 - GBP85,000.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential apartment projects (from GBP5m GBP20m+).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Able to deliver projects to programme and budget with a focus on quality.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities
