Project Manager - Water Construction

Due to company expansion, our client is recruiting for a Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing water (clean water) related construction projects from site set up to hand over, safely delivering works within programme and budget to the clients' specifications and requirements.

Main duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  1. Formulate and implement procurement strategy
  2. Monitor the activities and performance of the project
  3. Prepare Monthly Client Progress Reports
  4. Assist with all commercial aspects and monitor contract costs
  5. Lead project management commissions, act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience in managing and successfully delivering drainage and potable water projects. Ideally, you will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline, demonstrate stability of employment with a UK-based water or civil engineering contractor, and hold a valid CSCS card.

The salary range for this position is approximately £60,000 – £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability. The package includes a car allowance, company bonus, 25 days of annual leave, private healthcare, and other benefits.
