Job description

Our Charity has grown considerably over the last 18 months and this has produced an exciting opportunity to join our successful management team. Across our 3 districts you will manage projects and teams to reach their full potential and meet funder requirements. The project will be varied in terms of number of people, targets and timescales. You will need to have the ability to work proactively, professionally and supportively within the team of existing managers who will also retain some project management.

We have a new project commencing which is telephone based. This is a great opportunity to work on a project from its inception, recruiting staff and setting up appropriate onboarding and training. Ideally you will have call centre management or supervision experience.

We are currently looking at premises for our new project to be based, the location will be within our Central Nottinghamshire District. Travel is essential for this role as you will be required to attend meetings throughout Ashfield, Broxtowe, Sherwood & Newark.
