Are you an experienced Project Manager?

Do you want to work for a company with over 300 employees and a 50-year history? Are you keen to work on exciting projects such as data centres?

If so, this role and business are for you! As part of our growth following significant contract wins, we are looking to hire an additional Project Manager to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage the project process from handover to site delivery and completion, working with Sales/Estimating, Design, Administration, Engineers, Supply Partners, and Installation Partners.
2. Act as the primary contact for customer communication, addressing items and issues promptly.
3. Spend 1-2 days per week on-site (London/Edinburgh) managing installation partners and customer expectations, with the rest of the week in the office addressing site-related matters.
4. Ensure efficient and timely deliveries to site, following proper procedures.
5. Review and issue technical documents upon project completion.

Experience Required

1. Previous project management experience in switchgear/busbar or electrical industry; candidates with electrical backgrounds aspiring to become Project Managers are also encouraged to apply.
2. Willingness to undergo full product training, including site visits.
3. Knowledge of building services and current installation processes.
4. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF, Microsoft Project).
6. Experience with Revit, Inventor, and BIM modeling is advantageous but not essential.
