Join the team transforming wastewater engineering.
We are a UK-based engineering company specializing in scalable and containerized wastewater treatment systems for both municipal and industrial use. From our headquarters, we collaborate with global partners to provide complete engineering services—from initial concept to full installation.

We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to help deliver high-quality engineering projects on time, on budget, and to client specifications.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, office-based role with occasional travel for project meetings and site visits (mid-week only). As a Project Manager, you’ll coordinate key aspects of project delivery—working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.

You’ll support engineering and commercial teams with planning, scheduling, procurement, and contractor management, playing a vital role in day-to-day execution and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate engineering projects from design through to delivery
  • Work with project engineers and technical teams to define project requirements and schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project costs, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support in the preparation of technical proposals, documentation, and payment applications
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and internal health & safety policies
  • Maintain accurate project records and produce internal reports
  • Attend internal and external meetings and contribute to smooth project handovers

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project coordination or engineering project management role
  • Experience in water/wastewater, construction, or process engineering is a strong advantage
  • Ability to read and interpret GA drawings and P&IDs
  • Understanding of commercial contracts and risk management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible working hours (7:30am–5:30pm) with a half-day on Fridays
  • 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays
  • Auto-enrolment pension
