Project Manager - FM Projects (Manufacturing Clients)

Location: Derby & Surrounding Areas | Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package

Facilities Management Projects | Project Pipeline Development

We’re working on behalf of a leading national Facilities Management provider to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team, delivering small to medium-sized FM projects across a portfolio of manufacturing and industrial sites in the Derby region.

This is a key role for someone with a strong background in project delivery within live, operational environments — with a focus on building services, fabric works, and asset lifecycle upgrades.

Role Overview

• Manage and deliver a range of FM and M&E projects across manufacturing facilities.
• Projects typically include mechanical/electrical upgrades, minor refurbishments, and asset replacements.
• Take ownership of full project lifecycle: from scoping and costing through to procurement, delivery, and close‑out.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the project pipeline within existing contracts.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, to a high standard, and in line with compliance requirements.

About You

• Proven experience delivering FM, building services or minor works projects (ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments).
• Technically strong across M&E, HVAC, or fabric‑led works.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and subcontractors.
• Commercially minded with strong planning and financial control skills.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder communication abilities.

Relevant Qualifications

HNC/HND, Prince2, SMSTS beneficial.
