Overview

Lead the Future of Highways - Project Manager (Southern England). This role is with a growing construction company expanding its highways division. Based out of the Hampshire office, you will oversee a portfolio of infrastructure projects across Hampshire and the South of England. You will lead the highways division and be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects from tender through to completion. Whether you are an established Project Manager or a Site Agent ready to take the next step, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

  • Lead bids and secure new frameworks
  • Drive productivity and innovation across projects
  • Ensure safe, timely, and budget-conscious delivery
