We are hiring for our client, a respected and long-standing specialist in delivering advanced process automation solutions across sectors such as Water, Food Production, Recycling and Quarry. Due to continued growth and a strategic focus on internal optimisation, they are seeking a Project Manager to lead automation projects and drive business process improvements. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience who is motivated to take on leadership responsibilities, support team development, and enhance internal systems to support scalable delivery.

The Role:

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will:
• Manage the planning, delivery, and resource allocation of automation projects.
• Ensure project milestones and client expectations are consistently achieved.
• Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and senior leadership.
• Improve business systems and internal processes for better collaboration and efficiency.
• Lead, support, and mentor multi-level engineering teams.
• Track and report on project performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
• At least 2 years’ experience in a project delivery, automation, or technical engineering environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience mentoring teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Technical skills and an ambition to progress into a leadership or PM role.
