Overview of Role:

  • Coordinating and reviewing design both civil and MEICA design
  • Liaison with the Client and attendance at design and progress meeting
  • Chairing meetings
  • Attendance at workshops
  • Arranging surveys and trial holes/ boreholes as necessary
  • Preparing reports for the Client such as build reviews
  • Identifying and recording project risks
  • Producing programmes
  • Coordinating the construction price
  • Arranging for temporary works design
  • Liaison with the construction team including handover of design, risks, proposed construction methods etc.


The Ideal Person:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or other industry related qualification.
  • At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the wider civils sector
  • Excellent numeracy skills and proficient in the use of Outlook and Excel.
