Job summary

Insights Learning & Development Ltd in Dundee is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead business-critical transformation projects that shape the future of the organisation.

You will deliver projects on time and within budget, manage risk and stakeholders, and drive brand-led change across brand, technology, people and process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading brand transformation programmes (rebrand, refresh or repositioning).
• A track record of coordinating multiple workstreams across brand, technology, people and process.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2 or similar methodologies.
• Strong planning, budget and resource management capability.
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A recognised Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 or AgilePM (preferred).

Job Description

As Project Manager, you'll be accountable for the successful delivery of transformational change projects within our Programme Delivery team. You'll ensure projects is delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards, while aligning outcomes to our strategic objectives.

You'll help shape project direction, establish effective governance, manage risk and dependencies, and ensure change is adopted successfully and sustainably across the organisation.

Brand project experience is particularly important for this role. We're looking for someone who has successfully led a company rebrand, brand refresh or brand repositioning programme, balancing multiple workstreams and supporting adoption across the business.
