We are currently recruiting for a driven IT Project Manager to deliver projects on time, in full, and within budget through a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards while managing stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with relevant teams including Sales, TechDev, Design, Procurement, and Finance to develop clear and detailed project design and scope, ensuring alignment with customer and end-user expectations.
2. Create transparent and accessible project plans using relevant tools such as Monday.com.
3. Manage the attainment of project KPIs.
4. Develop, communicate, and manage a dynamic risk register to anticipate and mitigate risks to project delivery.
5. Procure project materials effectively, utilizing HT's systems to achieve quality, cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and high margins.
6. Ensure effective management of HT systems in accordance with company standards.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality standards meet or exceed customer expectations.
8. Be accountable for meeting customer technical expectations, monitoring the customer experience, and obtaining project sign-off.
9. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring shared understanding of project delivery and variations.
10. Ensure health and safety provisions for all project team members.
11. Conduct daily safety toolbox talks as required.
12. Address site environmental issues and communicate safety measures to the project team.

Required skills

1. Experience with access control, CCTV, and IT installations in commercial and operational settings.
2. Ability to work with customers to create detailed project specifications and translate these into technical documentation.
3. Ability to collaborate with sales and technical teams to produce project documentation and manage multiple projects across their lifecycle.
4. Knowledge of contract documentation including bid drawings, site surveys, safety frameworks, technical specifications, scheduling, coordination, procurement, and project completion processes.
5. Project management experience in small to medium organizations within relevant sectors.
6. Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
7. Resilience to changing requirements and a growth mindset.
8. Process-oriented, customer-focused, collaborative, professional, and positive attitude.
9. Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
10. Leadership qualities with self-awareness and collaboration skills.
11. Recognized project management certification.
12. Technical experience or qualifications in electrical, telecommunications, instrumentation, or IT fields.
