Job summary

Carbon60 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major construction project in a healthcare environment around the Dorchester area. This role focuses on driving delivery through the construction and fit-out phase of a two-thirds complete project.

You will coordinate day-to-day activities, liaise with stakeholders, monitor progress and ensure works align with project requirements, with an immediate start available on a nine-month contract.

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering projects within healthcare environments.
• Experience working for Tier 1 main contractors.
• Strong project delivery experience within construction environments.
• Building services experience would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the project during the construction and fit-out phase.
• Coordinate project activities to maintain programme objectives.
• Liaise with project stakeholders and site teams.
• Monitor progress and support successful project delivery.

Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major construction project within a healthcare environment in the Dorchester area.

The project is currently approximately two-thirds complete and has progressed into the construction and fit-out phase. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the project through this stage and supporting its successful completion.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience delivering projects within healthcare environments
• Experience working for Tier 1 main contractors
• Strong project delivery experience within construction environments
• Experience managing projects through the construction and fit-out stagesBuilding services experience would be highly desirable

Candidate Profile
