Job summary

RHL - Recruitment Holdings Limited is recruiting a Project Manager for brownfield fuel/oil & gas projects in the Doncaster area. You will manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle, coordinating internal and external teams with a strong focus on safety, compliance and delivery.

The role requires an engineering degree and qualifications such as APM/Prince2, with experience in oil and gas brownfields, COMAH/CDM/DSEAR knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Oil and Gas brownfields projects.
• Familiarity with COMAH, CDM, DSEAR is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams across the project lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and change.
• Handover and closeout of projects within governance requirements.
• Oversee contractor management and HSE compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (COMAH, CDM, DSEAR) where applicable.

Our client is one of the leading liquid bulk transport and storage infrastructure companies in Europe and one of the largest companies in this sector in the world. They offer state-of-the-art terminals close to logistics, industrial and transport hubs, for the storage of all types of bulk liquid products.

The are now recruiting for a Project Manager, with fuel/petrchem brownfield projects background, to manage sveral projects in the Doncaster.

Location: Doncaster area. 2-3 visits per fortnight + remote
Duration: 12 months

The Project Manager is accountable for the safe, compliant and effective delivery of assigned engineering projects within our client's investment programme and works portfolio. The role manages several projects throughout the full lifecycle, from definition and business-case development through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and closeout.

Your will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary internal and external teams, controlling scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and change. The role ensures that projects comply with applicable legislation, industry standards, governance requirements and operational needs, while delivering the approved business outcomes.
