Base pay range

Handley James are currently working with a specialist manufacturer and installer or capital equipment. This organisation has a fantastic reputation and is currently experiencing a growth trajectory with an extremely strong order book. As a result of this they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proven and now looking to progress and develop their career further.

As a Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for end to end projects, from order handover through to final instillation and client handover.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple projects ranging from £100k to circa £10 Million
• Managing projects from order to final handover
• Liaising with functions as Sales, Design, Production, Engineering, Purchasing and installation
• Identifying and mapping out milestones
• Controlling budgets and cost
• Managing engineering changes and allocating costs
• Monitoring and reporting progress internally and with customers

Currently a Project Engineer or Project Manager and will be proven in managing projects from cradle to grave. You will be a self-starter and have a very hands on approach from a key person who will help build the department and the processes within it. You will be familiar with building and developing internal and external relationships and be an advocate for both the manufacture and the customer.
