Job summary

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent role in the civil engineering sector. You will lead projects from mobilisation through to completion, aligning site, commercial and technical teams to keep delivery on track and drive value for a busy regional pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have proven PM experience in civil engineering or infrastructure, be comfortable with main contractor environments, and demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Experience as main contractor on projects.
• Strong operational and commercial awareness with programme and risk management.
• Confident leadership of site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from mobilisation to completion, coordinating site, commercial and technical teams.
• Ensure delivery stays on track, managing budgets, schedules and risks.

I'm looking to speak with experienced Project Managers for a permanent opportunity with an established civil engineering contractor.

This is a key appointment within a busy delivery team, offering the opportunity to take genuine ownership of projects and work with a business that has a strong pipeline of secured work across the region.

You’ll be responsible for leading projects from mobilisation through to completion, bringing together the site, commercial and technical teams to keep delivery on track.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering or infrastructure
• Main contractor experience
• Strong operational and commercial awarenessExperience managing programmes, budgets and project risk
• Confident leadership of site teams and subcontractors
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• A practical approach to problem solving and project delivery
