We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?


We’re looking for someone to manage projects from start to finish, handling construction activities based on agreed scopes with BT and MGroup. You’ll plan and oversee sites to avoid delays, overspend, and quality issues. Responsibilities include managing stakeholders, handling H&S, approving invoices, and ensuring smooth handovers. You’ll tackle risk management, stick to budgets, and work closely with Commercial to challenge suppliers. Strong communication, client-facing skills, and reporting are key, alongside supporting teams and developing staff for progression. Lastly, you’ll ensure databases are accurate and that sites meet all guidelines, delivering great results every time.

What you’ll do:


You’ll ensure suppliers stick to M Group Telecom’s framework and hit KPIs, while managing any capability gaps in programme delivery. Tasks include admin for builds, outages, and equipment call-offs, plus attending sites nationwide. You’ll run team meetings, track milestones, and support PMO in improving project delivery, especially using Site Tracker. A team player with great communication and IT skills, you’ll adapt to change, solve problems, and stay motivated in this fast-paced, hands-on role.
