Role Overview
Talentedge is working with a global business that is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager. You will deliver strategic projects across some of their technical and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing multiple stakeholders across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a complex portfolio of projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines across the business units.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively across multiple projects, ensuring optimal team performance.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth project adoption and transition.
- Methodology Application: Apply best-practice project management methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, Waterfall) and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
- Reporting & Analysis: Utilise MS Project and Power BI to provide regular project updates, dashboards, and analytical insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned to enhance project delivery and PMO processes.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- APM PMQ / APMP
- Experience delivering projects using the Waterfall methodology.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in MS Project; good understanding of Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of resource management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and organisational transformation.
