Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering projects, including major international airports, regional airports, and RAF airfields.

What will you be doing?

You will manage resilience-related projects or tasks, including supervising staff, workforce, and subcontractors. You will oversee planning, procurement, health and safety, and produce project-specific documentation such as RAMS, permits, toolbox talks, and briefings. Maintaining accurate records of actions, resource allocation, site diaries, and progress monitoring is essential.

You will support, coach, guide, and mentor team members to ensure excellent results, providing advice to ensure future operations, maintenance, and training achieve optimal service delivery with minimal disruption.

You will contribute to improving the quality and delivery of daily plans by reporting task data and deviations, and actively seeking efficiency improvements.

We will support you in implementing the requirements of the Company Management System (CMS), applicable to our operations.

What you’ll bring

- Must be within travelling distance of Gatwick
- Good technical knowledge
- Experience working under NEC contracts
- Degree or HNC in civil engineering
- 10 years of experience
- Civil infrastructure or building experience
- Experience working in MOD or nuclear premises
