Role Overview

Our project delivery team takes pride in providing first-class audio-visual solutions to our expanding roster of live event clients worldwide. At Creative Technology London, we're seeking individuals who share our passion and possess extensive knowledge of the Music, Film & TV, Sporting, and corporate markets.

In this role, you'll interpret clients' event requirements and align resources accordingly. You'll communicate follow-up information to present our company's services through consultation and documented quotations. Additionally, you'll oversee project cost control, resource allocation, and acquisition to ensure seamless delivery and service quality.

On-site, you'll lead daily operations, ensuring safe working practices among company and freelance personnel. Building and maintaining client relationships for future opportunities is also a key responsibility.

Primary Objectives

• Dealing directly with clients and serving as a central contact point.
• Assessing client needs and generating accurate quotations aligned with commercial targets.
• Ensuring high-level, accurate project delivery.
• Providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales, and Business Development teams.
• Create and execute project work plans.
• Identify resource requirements and assign equipment and crew accordingly.
• Negotiate contracts with outsourced contractors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM, including contacts, clients, and opportunities.
• Manage daily operational aspects of projects and onsite delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage risk control, liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
• Assess and prepare all necessary job-specific Health & Safety documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good technical knowledge of Displays, Video, Audio, and converged IP services used in live events.
• Working knowledge of Rigging and Lighting fundamentals.
• Understanding of Project Management processes.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude towards dealing with people.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good understanding of the Live Events industry.
• Technical knowledge of equipment functionality is advantageous.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
