Main Duties And Responsibilities

As a Project Manager , your main responsibilities and duties will include:

  • To create and maintain project plans.
  • To work with key stakeholders in defining the project scope, goals & deliverables.
  • Maintenance of the project budget, identifying and notifying risks to key stakeholders.
  • Lead meetings and setting expectations for the project team.
  • Oversee the implementation plan, monitoring and adapting as required.
  • Creation and tracking of the project plan, project charters and schedules.
  • Working with the project team to ensure key deliverables are met, including identifying key points when other members will be required to support the implementation.
  • Support and direct the project team as and when required.
  • Adhere to regulatory and quality assurance requirements.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, presenting to stakeholders any barriers and / or solutions to issues identified throughout the project.
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet the project outputs.
  • Complete evaluation and assessment on the result of the project, post implementation.

Other Duties

Adherence to the Company’s Health and Safety policy at all times and operate and promote the development of quality standards and procedures taking ownership of tasks and to seek new improved ways of doing things.

A degree of flexibility is required, and the job holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above and which will be appropriate to the level of the role. All duties must be carried out in compliance with company Quality System, Health and Safety Policies and regulations set out in the Medical Device Directive.
