A leading recruitment agency in Northern Ireland seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in managing several projects simultaneously, is flexible, organized, and capable of problem-solving on site. Manage a variety of small-scale projects (car showrooms, coffee drive-throughs, retail units)

Your job will be to make sure that multiple construction projects (typically 3–4 at a time) are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard — working closely with site managers and project teams to make that happen.
If you have proven experience managing construction projects — particularly juggling several at once — and are flexible, organised, and confident in solving problems on site, you’re likely a strong match for this role.
