LAB. are partnering with a leading UK exhibition contractor that designs, builds, and delivers exceptional exhibition stands and bespoke event spaces for trade shows across the country.

We're looking for someone who's ready to build a career, not just take a job. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth and progression, and they're seeking the next generation of talent to take on greater responsibility over the next five years.

Based near Coventry, this role would suit a Project Management Graduate or someone with project management experience in a similar sector who's ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process client orders from concept to completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on space-only stand builds and full-service show exhibitors.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for prospective projects.
• Produce RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) and stand plans in line with health & safety regulations.
• Oversee full procurement and purchasing for each project.
• Organise logistics, including lifting, transport, and hotel bookings.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to develop concepts into fully realised designs.
• Provide on-site supervision and project management during build‑up phases.
• Support other Project Managers with electrical plans for shows.
• Manage invoicing and project administration.

Skills & Experience

• 2 Years Experience in a Project Management role or in the Exhibition & Events Industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong creative vision with meticulous attention to technical detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Frequent site work will require a full UK Driving licence.
