This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking company as a Project Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of managing significant Military projects. With a focus on scope, time and cost whilst delivering excellence, this role offers an inspiring environment to contribute to impactful projects. The company is known for its cutting‑edge solutions and commitment to quality. Working 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday with an early finish Friday paying £30 - £35 per hour Umbrella or LCC.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of a £1.5m Post Design Services contracts ensuring all contractual metrics are met.
• Oversee the coordination, management, and delivery of various product upgrades, working closely with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead internal teams, including manufacturing and quality engineers, to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Identify customer requirements, implement them through internal processes, and source the necessary skills to achieve project goals.
• Report on project performance through regular reviews, monthly progress updates, and exception reporting as needed.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in Project Management, with a strong background in Automotive, Aerospace or Defence programmes.
• Exceptional leadership skills and a track record of successfully setting up, executing, and delivering complex projects.
• Strategic mindset combined with tactical delivery capabilities, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools.
• Recent experience and solid understanding of contracting and commercial terms.
