Role Responsibilities
  1. Accountability: Ensuring compliance with Otis absolutes (Safety, Quality, Ethics) to maintain business integrity with all stakeholders.
  2. Culture and Behaviours: Driving company values within project teams to align conduct with organizational culture.
  3. Financial Control: Managing project budgets, costs, forecasts, risks, and profitability through variations and controls.
  4. Project Delivery: Developing plans to meet contractual obligations, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Project Performance: Monitoring and controlling project performance to meet targets and customer commitments.
  6. Leadership: Providing direction, communication, and setting expectations for project teams.
  7. Team Management: Developing skills and capabilities, promoting engagement, and driving performance.
  8. Customer Focus: Building relationships, understanding needs, and managing expectations to resolve challenges.
  9. Process Compliance: Ensuring adherence to organizational processes for accurate reporting and risk mitigation.
  10. Organizational Complexity: Navigating internal and external operational challenges through data analysis and expert networks.
Candidate Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Project Management
  • Experience in Engineering or Construction sectors desirable
  • Experience in Elevator and Escalator industry advantageous but not essential
  • Proven financial management and control skills in projects
  • Ability to build customer and supplier relationships
  • Experience with project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum)
  • People management and leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
