• Reporting to the Directors with responsibility for the development of Branch network
• Sourcing new sites which are suitable for operation and processing acquisition
• Co-ordinating planning approvals required and organising building works
• Working with Architect to source contractors to complete building works
• Managing project budget recording expenditure and producing cost forecasts
• Arranging repairs and maintenance for existing Sites and monitoring works completed
