Job Title: Project Manager Building Services - Fit-Out Projects (CAT A & B)
Location: London (Various Site Locations)
Job Type: Full-time - Contract

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for high-quality fit-out projects with a building services background?

Do you have experience in managing projects valued between £50,000 and £500,000?

We are looking for someone with a strong track record in delivering CAT A & B commercial fit-outs to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end project management of CAT A and CAT B fit-out works
2. Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
3. Overseeing health & safety, quality control, and compliance on-site
4. Budget management, cost control, and reporting
5. Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
6. Driving project milestones and resolving issues proactively

Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing fit-out projects, ideally in the £50k to £500k range with a building services/M&E background
2. Solid understanding of CAT A and CAT B specifications and processes
3. Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
4. Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure
5. SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), and First Aid certification
6. Based in or able to travel across London daily
