Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee M&E projects within the construction sector, specialising in heat networks upgrades and carbon reduction initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects valued between £500k and £4 million, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating between different teams, overseeing on-site activities, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. Based in London, the position offers a dynamic working environment with a split week of two days in the office and three days on-site, providing a balanced mix of strategic planning and hands-on management.

  • Proven experience managing M&E or MEP projects within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of heat networks upgrades, retrofit projects, and carbon reduction strategies
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and subcontractors across site and office environments
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site locations as required
