ASA are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our large-scale public sector client, ensuring the successful delivery of key projects within the Shared Services and Programme Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and business cases.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
• Use project management tools effectively across the Inquiry.
• Maintain quality assurance and reporting to ensure project outcomes meet expectations.
• Motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables.
• Implement change control processes where necessary.
• Escalate risks and project delays proactively to senior leadership.
• Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience using project management tools to track and deliver key milestones.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of budget control, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
