ASA are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our large-scale public sector client, ensuring the successful delivery of key projects within the Shared Services and Programme Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and business cases.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
- Use project management tools effectively across the Inquiry.
- Maintain quality assurance and reporting to ensure project outcomes meet expectations.
- Motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables.
- Implement change control processes where necessary.
- Escalate risks and project delays proactively to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience using project management tools to track and deliver key milestones.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of budget control, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
