We have a fantastic opportunity for a Modernisation Project Manager to join the team on a full-time, two-year fixed-term basis. This role is remote with regular travel.

As the Modernisation Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving and delivering the Campus Modernisation Programme across the UK region.

Reporting directly to the Modernisation Programme Manager, you should demonstrate strong management and leadership skills, be qualified, and have a solid background in delivering high-value multi-disciplinary CAT A and B fit outs.

You will integrate all mechanical, electrical, and building services asset data and equipment to drive initiatives from concept and design through to operational handover, with responsibility for strategic technical planning and management of all critical building assets, lifecycles, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Manage daily tasks ensuring project requirements are met on time, within budget, and to standard.
• Maintain accurate project records aligned with processes and standards.
• Monitor costs, risks, and variations, providing insights and reports.
• Manage supplier performance and ensure safety and compliance.
• Conduct regular project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ensure health and safety compliance throughout projects.
• Manage contractors and consultants as needed.
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain auditable, inspection-ready project documentation.

Technical

• Lead UK Mechanical, Electrical, and building services design specifications.
• Develop asset standardisation and lifecycle improvement plans.
• Implement cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions.
• Perform quality checks on contractor work and compliance with standards.
• Lead initiatives to reduce carbon emissions and meet ESOS commitments.
