Project Manager – Cardiff

A dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager is sought to oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from initial concept through delivery and post-completion stages. The role requires strong organizational capabilities, a solid technical foundation-ideally in engineering or environmental sciences-and demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities;
  • Define clear project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare and manage comprehensive project plans including resource allocation, scheduling, and milestone tracking.

  • Oversee project implementation, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure timely delivery.

  • Lead cross-functional teams spanning disciplines such as engineering, environmental science, architecture, GIS, and related fields.

  • Maintain open lines of communication among all contributors, ensuring alignment across departments and with partners.

  • Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure adherence to technical specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases.

Requirements;
  • Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field; additional certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and platforms.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with applicable regulatory and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, CE).
