We are currently looking a Project Manager to work in the Cardiff Bay office.

You will be expected to attend the office 50% of the working week, to align with our hybrid working policy.

JOB PROFILE

Take the lead on a variety of Sales & Marketing projects that drive real impact for our customers and business. In this role, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle for key commercial initiatives, working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery. You’ll also support the delivery of analytical and data projects within our analytics team, helping to connect commercial goals with technical solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager with 2–3 years’ experience who’s ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, international environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Marketing Project Delivery:

• Lead the planning and execution of Sales & Marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Act as a key liaison between clients, sales, marketing, and technology teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Support go-to-market strategies, campaign launches, and new product/service rollouts.

Analytics & Data Project Delivery:

• Contribute to the delivery of new predictive model projects within the analytics team, collaborating with analysts, data teams and business stakeholders.
• Gather, document, and communicate requirements between commercial teams and analytics/technology teams.
• Monitor project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables meet client and business expectations.
• Prepare regular updates and reports on project progress for stakeholders.

General Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with other project professionals across the Creditsafe PMO team to ensure cohesive project delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities effectively, demonstrating strong time management and flexibility.
• Motivate teams to ensure successful project delivery, driving progress throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and accessible.
• Travel to customer sites and Creditsafe offices as required.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You possess demonstrable experience in project delivery, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and drive results.
• Strong interpersonal this role will be customer facing so will need experience in building relationships and clearly communication
• Proven experience of documenting work processes and procedures needed.
• A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, project management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Professional project management certification (such as PRINCE2, PMP &/or AgilePM) would be an advantage.
