Position Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in telecommunications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and technologies, along with exceptional leadership and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver telecom projects on schedule, within scope, and to defined quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead project meetings, presenting status updates and facilitating discussions to resolve project issues and roadblocks.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage project changes, addressing potential impacts and implementing action plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
