As a Project Manager, you will lead the full project lifecycle — from initiation through to successful delivery — ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You'll play a key role in implementing new processes, systems, and operating models that support ISS's long‑term strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver end‑to‑end business and operational projects
  • Develop project plans, milestones, and resource schedules
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and maintain RAID logs
  • Track and report on budgets, variances, and forecasts
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ensure project outputs meet quality standards and support continuous improvement
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering business projects
  • Familiarity with structured project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience using business improvement tools
Desirable Requirements
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Experience within the facilities management sector
  • Background in transformation or programme environments
