Alliance Norse presents Norse Group's joint venture with High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, providing repair and maintenance services, caretaking and cleaning services, major investment projects, and offer an improved housing repairs service to clients over the districts.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Buxton on a full-time basis.

The Role:

Reporting to and supporting the Operations Director, as the Project Manager you will have a wide range of responsibilities, designed to gain full knowledge of business operations.

  • To be a client facing Project Manager, forming and maintaining a strong and collaborative working relationship with both internal and external clients.
  • Develop and agree project briefs and objectives with the client, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Operations Director on identifying opportunities for commercialisation, engaging and supporting other Norse Group companies in infrastructure development to support and aid the delivery of services by Alliance Norse.
  • Take ownership and development of a PR, marketing and all literature to support in the affirmation of Alliance Norse.
  • Develop monthly reporting templates for monthly meetings, ensuring the capture of up-to-date information on the delivery of capital, reactive and compliance activities.
  • Support the Operations Director in the delivery of Quarterly Board meetings, gaining exposure and experience to statutory duties.
  • Seek areas to drive efficiencies, ensuring the delivery of any changes and managed and executed to a high standard

Our Successful Candidate;

  • Hold a relevant Project Management Qualification i.e Prince 2, PMP or APM or willing to undertake training to achieve qualification
  • Experience in the delivery of high-profile (confidential) projects
  • A strong ability to manage budget requirement and ensure cost control of projects
  • Full Driving Licence to fulfil travel requirements of the role
