Job description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a number of projects aligned to JD’s Transformation portfolio. This portfolio consists of a number of complex projects and programmes designed to deliver substantive change and business benefit across the JD Group in an exciting, fast-paced, global, multi-fascia environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, other project managers, programme managers, programme directors, business analysts, operational teams, technology teams and suppliers to help the business implement our strategy and further enhance our market-leading multichannel offering.

Job Title: Project Manager

Working hours: 40 hours

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify all stakeholders, develop a communications strategy for each, manage expectations and be politically aware.
• Work closely with business analysts to ensure requirements are captured and validated at an appropriate level to provide effort estimates and plan delivery sprints.
• Capture, question and validate information collected about tasks, durations and dependencies.
• Work closely with third-party suppliers to ensure work packages are delivered as expected and manage timelines and priorities accordingly.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in an omnichannel retail environment is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, and warehousing transformational change is required.
• Highly organised, able to work in a fast-paced environment and plan/manage time accordingly.
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills.
