As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery across our HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing works. You’ll ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget—managing every stage from planning and execution through to final documentation. This is a dynamic and evolving role that demands strong leadership, effective communication, and adaptability.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of management systems, including QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations and submit Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans.
  • Manage project scheduling to uphold service quality and maintain client communication.
  • Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management.
  • Ensure all work complies with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Brief installation engineers and subcontractors on tasks, ensuring clarity and quality standards.
  • Plan and support site surveys and commercial installations.
  • Coordinate activities with contractors and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Accurately complete all required project documentation.
  • Support a safe, compliant, and collaborative working environment.

Additional duties may be required in line with business needs.

Location & Hours:
  • Projects are based throughout the North West, with occasional travel and overnight stays required
  • Candidates must be flexible and available to adapt to project demands
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience motivating teams and delivering results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional presentation and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of H&S regulations and compliance.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders on quality and compliance matters.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management (HVAC, mechanical or plumbing)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (No DR codes)
  • Basic DBS check
  • SMSTS certification
  • Health & safety training
  • Able to work to strict programs & deadlines for projects and drive onsite teams
