Project manager

The successful Project Manager will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. You will be responsible for projects between £1m and £20m within multiple sectors, whilst collaborating on larger schemes.

The company has seen significant growth over the last year through their current client base and has an extensive pipeline of work, hence the need to recruit.

Your role will include management of the surveying team, profit & loss reporting, reporting into the accounts division, and full responsibility for all procurement and risk management.

The role would ideally suit a Project Manager with a proven track record in a similar role. You will be responsible for maintaining established profit margins and improving the company’s profits wherever possible, ensuring that all commercial project team members work in line with this.

The successful Project Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.

1. The successful Project Manager needs to have extensive experience managing a range of projects.
2. A balance of working on new builds and refurbishments would be ideal.
3. Exceptional client-facing skills are a prerequisite, as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
