The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the organisational change agenda. Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you will identify the resources needed for change projects, initiatives, and activities, while managing updates, reporting, and communications for implementations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop relationships, ensure legal and regulatory obligations are understood and met, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and development to assigned Business Analysts.
  • Participating in change-related forums and team meetings, and chairing relevant Steering Committee meetings.
  • Overseeing project and initiative delivery within risk appetite and organisational budgets, with detailed project plans and budget tracking.
  • Collaborating with IT & Architecture to align delivery activities and timetables, and working with Change Management support to manage stakeholder impacts.
  • Producing 'fit for purpose' business requirements and milestones.
  • Ensuring robust risk management and maintaining project documentation and artefacts.
  • Ensuring appropriate testing prior to releases and providing challenge to project teams and stakeholders where necessary.

Our modern city centre offices are located near Bristol Temple Meads station. We support flexible working options, including part-time hours, and value work-life balance.

We are looking for candidates with an understanding of the LEI market and products, proven experience in delivering complex projects, and familiarity with project management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and techniques. A passion for good customer outcomes and empathy for the impacts of change are essential.

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with confidence in challenging senior stakeholders professionally.
  • Excellent planning, time management, commercial acumen, and financial awareness.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver work with pace and urgency, fostering a proactive environment within project teams.
  • Comfort managing ambiguity and changing circumstances.
  • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines while motivating others.

We encourage flexible working and aim to help employees achieve a healthy work-life balance. In return, we offer a generous remuneration and benefits package including:

  • 27 days holiday, with options to buy additional days.
  • Private Medical Insurance.
  • Company pension scheme with optional increased contributions.
  • Group Income Protection and Legal Protection.
  • European Motor Assistance and Home Emergency Assistance.
  • Salary sacrifice benefits such as Cycle to Work scheme.
  • A wellbeing programme and employee discounts across retail partners.
  • Opportunities to join social activities, including theatre visits, wine tasting, and shopping trips.

If you believe you are a good fit for this role and have transferable experience, we encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet all the listed criteria.
