Salary: GBP58,000-GBP65,000 + Car Allowance + Company Benefits

Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fast-track retail fit-out projects for major supermarket clients. Based in the South West, you'll oversee multiple site operations across the South of England, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of supermarket fit-out projects
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet tight deadlines
Ensure compliance with client specifications and health & safety standards
Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews
Liaise with stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships
Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Requirements:
Proven experience managing retail/supermarket construction or refurbishment projects
Must be based in the South West of England
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
