Requirements:

• Hold a qualification at level 6 (or above) in a relevant discipline plus at least three years' experience supporting programmes/projects
• English GCSE (Grade C or above) or equivalent and Maths GCSE (Grade C or above) or equivalent
• Experience establishing processes that support the successful delivery of a programme/project
• Proven experience in coordinating key projects
• Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders of all levels
• Experience in social media marketing, promotion of programmes, and networking at events (in person and online) is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Manage processes supporting the successful delivery of programmes, ensuring compliance, finance claims, project management, and evaluation
• Collaborate to deliver digital upskilling in community settings
• Work with the centre manager and marketing team to design and implement marketing plans to promote engagement and recruitment
• Organize and coordinate programme activities and engagement with partners
• Manage procurement and payments for resources, ensuring adherence to college policies
