Our client, based in Greater Manchester, is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their commercial team as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Bolton, with hybrid working available, for a Tier 1 Contractor, and a salary range of £55,000 - £68,000 per year.

The purpose of the role is to manage, coordinate, supervise, and deliver the construction and commercial activities on an individual project.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client and public point of contact on site
  2. Produce construction phase plan and monitor throughout the project
  3. Consider tender preliminaries against actual requirements and review monthly
  4. Produce Procurement Schedules & IRS with Site Manager
  5. Request, collate, and distribute all contractual documentation required
  6. Produce Site Traffic Management Plan
  7. Produce SWMP
  8. Ensure best practices and quality are maintained
  9. Liaise with all central support services
  10. Overall control of site activities and daily work operations
  11. Supervise and manage other members of the site team
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project
  • Ability to read and interpret programmes, drawings, and technical specifications accurately
  • Understanding and sharing build programmes appropriately
  • Managing the supply chain, direct employees, and consultants
  • Proactively liaising with customers and the supply chain
