Are you a highly organised and proactive Project Manager seeking a role with strong ownership and management potential? You could be someone in a larger agency currently, and you're looking for your next step with further responsibility...

Our client is looking for an individual with circa 2 years' plus experience in project management, ideally gained within an agency environment, but open to inhouse PM experience also.

Within this role you'll take full ownership of the operational side of creative and marketing projects, acting as a central 'hub' and ensuring everything runs efficiently, on time, and within budget. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Handling daily project assignments across multiple work streams, balancing priorities and workloads according to the client brief.
• Monitoring resource allocation using tools and ensuring that projects are time efficient
• Being a "master of flow" and providing regular insights to leadership on project progress
• Continuously refining resource management systems to boost productivity and scalability, defining and educating the team on ideal account procedures
• Serving as the central hub for resource-related inquiries, ensuring clear and consistent cross-team communication.
• Making sure the team has all the resources and information needed from clients and good allocation of budget
• Guiding the team on accountability, making sure PM tools (ClickUp primarily) are regularly updated and workflow is monitored.
• Providing management with feedback on team progress and bottlenecks within workflow.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations or resource management within marketing
• Proficiency with project and resource management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to balance team requirements with business objectives.
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
• A solid understanding of design and marketing workflows.

This role suits someone who is currently working in a larger agency as part of an operations/project team and is looking for the opportunity to take full ownership over processes.

This is a full-time opportunity and offers a competitive salary of up to £36,000.

They support brands across branding & identity, creative content creation, media buying, exhibitions, CGI animation, and email marketing.

The role operates on a hybrid model, with 3 days in the Bishop's Stortford office and the remaining days working from home, once probation is completed.

Please note: You MUST be living within a commutable distance of Bishops Stortford, with access to your own vehicle... given the location of the office.

As part of a team of thirteen across content, copywriting, digital marketing, brand design, artworking and development, you'll gain exposure to larger budget clients and benefit from a self-development budget as well, so you're always progressing.
