As a Project Manager, you will manage a portfolio of projects, leading end-to-end delivery to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, engaging with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include:

Project Planning and Execution
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines, deliverables, and resources
  • Monitor daily activities, adjust plans as needed, and mitigate risks
  • Ensure quality standards are met within scope and budget
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and decisions
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams
  • Present project reports to senior leadership
Risk and Issue Management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks early
  • Escalate critical issues promptly
Resource and Budget Management
  • Ensure teams have necessary skills and resources
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures with Finance
  • Forecast resource and budget needs
Quality Assurance
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality and strategic standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate efforts across departments and external partners
  • Foster collaboration for cohesive project delivery
