As a Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of projects, leading end-to-end delivery to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills are essential, as you will engage with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align project goals with strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and manage project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
• Monitor daily activities, adjusting plans as needed to stay on track and mitigate risks.
• Ensure high-quality delivery within scope and budget.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Engage regularly with key stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Foster effective communication across project teams.
• Present project updates to senior leadership.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Escalate critical risks promptly to ensure resolution.

Resource and Budget Management:

• Ensure teams have necessary skills and resources.
• Monitor budgets with the Finance Lead and track expenditures.
• Forecast resource and budget needs aligned with programme goals.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and strategic objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate efforts across departments to align with transformation goals.
• Foster collaboration with vendors and external partners for cohesive delivery.

Person Specification:
