As a Project Manager, you will manage a portfolio of projects, leading end-to-end delivery, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget. You will need excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills, engaging with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align with strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and manage project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Monitor daily activities, adjust plans as needed, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure all workstreams meet scope, budget, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Engage with senior leaders and external partners, providing updates on progress and risks.
• Foster effective communication within project teams.
• Present project reports to senior leadership.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Escalate critical issues promptly for resolution.

Resource and Budget Management:

• Ensure teams have necessary skills and resources.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures, keeping projects within financial limits.
• Forecast resource and budget needs.

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate efforts across departments and sectors.

Person Specification

• At least 3 years managing large, complex projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
