Job summary

Vistry Group is hiring a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through delivery at Collingtree in Northampton. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources and teams while liaising with partners, customers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance.

The role emphasizes in-person collaboration with some flexible working; a strong focus on safety, quality and delivering complex build programmes will be essential for success.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team within Vistry South Central Midlands, at our Collingtree development in Northampton. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources, and teams to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves liaising with Partners, Customers, contractors, and stakeholders, as well as handling risks, issues, and compliance.

• Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety obligations and building legislation
• A good understanding of the considerate contractor’s requirements to achieve high scores
