Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects? Looking for a fresh challenge with a growing, dynamic design & build business in Birmingham?

Our client is a privately-owned, commercially focused design and build company with an exciting portfolio of projects spanning hospitality, office spaces, leisure, and bespoke private housing. They are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their talented team and help lead the delivery of multiple fit-out projects from concept to completion.

The Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, blending both on-site and off-site responsibilities including:

• Project programming and client liaison
• Managing site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met
• Leading progress meetings and reporting
• Overseeing health & safety compliance on-site

About You

• Proven experience in the commercial design & build sector is essential
• Strong understanding of fit-out delivery processes, subcontractor management, and client handling
• Confident in both office-based planning and hands-on site management
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and flexible approach
