Project Manager - Mobile Technical Services (Scotland)

Location: Bellshill - Glasgow
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a variety of project works across customer sites in Scotland, predominantly supporting a housing group. You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects (up to £2,000,000 in value), ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver a range of project works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Consult with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and develop clear briefs.
  • Collaborate with consultants, designers, and subcontractors to define and document project scopes.
  • Manage project risks, statutory requirements, and ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Oversee project programmes, monitor progress, and manage any risks or delays.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, site teams, and supply partners.
  • Ensure all projects meet SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) standards.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and financials.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and appropriately stored.
About You

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years' proven Project Management experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the construction market and project management methodologies.
  • Broad understanding of construction health and safety law.
  • Recognised technical qualification (or significant experience) in management, construction, M or E, or similar.
  • CDM awareness.
  • Highly organised, results-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as required.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of industry methodologies (e.g., Prince2, MAPM, RIBA).
  • NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, and/or SMSTS.
  • Recognised qualification in Project Management.
