The role offers autonomy and visibility, with a focus on delivering end-to-end software development and data analytics initiatives, coordinating engineering, data, product and security teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering software projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product, security).
• Ability to translate between business and technical language.
• Comfortable working in structured delivery environments (Agile or hybrid).

What You’ll Lead

• End-to-end delivery of software development and data platform / analytics projects
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, data, product, and security
• Managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and project governance
• Ensuring documentation, reporting, and communication are crisp and consistent
• Working within environments that require Security Clearance eligibility
• Supporting continuous improvement across delivery processes and tooling

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing software and data projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in structured delivery environments (Agile or hybrid)
• Comfortable with technical conversations and translating between business and engineering
• SC eligibility (UK residency and background requirements)
• Ability to work 3 days onsite in Belfast
